General Responsibilities :

1. Handle Industrial Relation with government institution and implement Employee Relationship in Company

2. Socialize to employees regarding latest company policy and regulation

3. Update government regulations, legal documents related.

Qualifications:

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree Majoring in Law

    Minimum 5 years experience as an IR

    Strong working knowledge of Ms.Office

    Good in English communication skills, both oral and written
